Tourism operators in Australia are struggling to remain economically viable as COVID-19 border closures continue to keep visitors away. Businesses in the state of Victoria have also been dealt with a new blow, with lockdowns reimposed in its capital and borders with New South Wales shut down. Brianna Piazza has more from Melbourne.
